♥ Making Payment 1. Confirmation of purchase takes place after we've emailed you the invoice. 2. You can make payment through all 3 major banks in Singapore - POSB (preferred) / UOB / OCBC with IBank or ATM transfer. Account details will be stated in the invoice. 3. Please mail us the transaction details (and iBank nick) along with your name and mailing address. For ATM transfers, please include the date, time and place of transfer, along with a clear snapshot of the receipt. 4. Verification of payment will be done within 24hours and items will be mailed out within 3 working days. Overseas buyers: We accept PayPal for payment, however, there will be a nominal fee of 7% on top of the total payable amount. Please remember to state that you are making your purchase from overseas in your comment.
♥ Postage Cost 1. Normal mail: $1.50 for one item, $2 for two items and so forth. (Add $0.50 for each additional item) Note: If you are getting 2 items or more, we will revise the postage cost accordingly in the invoice. 2. Register postage: Add $2.24 on top of normal postage. Note: We will not hold responsibility for lost or damage of packages should customers opt for Normal mail delivery. Registered parcels are encouraged as it comes with a tracking number so you can constantly monitor the status of your parcel online. They will also be delivered directly to your doorstep.
♥ Overseas Delivery 1. Normal postage - Add SGD$15.00 to total (Standard Parcel) 2. Register postage - Add SGD$17.50 to total (Standard Parcel) Standard Parcel includes items such as top, shorts, skirt, dress, necklaces, rings, belts. Base charge of $15 (Add $2 for each additional item) Bulky Parcel includes items such as bags, jeans, jackets, pants etc. Base charge of $17 (Add $4 for each additional item)
♥ Self-collection For customers who wish to do self-collection, please remember to state in the comment. The location (WEST) will be given once payment is received.
♥ Terms and Conditions 1. Payment is to be made within 24hrs of confirmation. 2. Items will be invoiced based on a first-confirmed basis. 3. We will not assume responsibility for lost mail unless it is registered. 4. Items are not refundable once sold. If serious defects are found, only exchanges will be allowed.
